In 2000, a group of active, community minded citizens responded to the literacy environment in our community by creating LEAP of Noble County, Inc, the Literacy Empowering and Advocating Project.

Promise of the Future...
Believing that a future filled with promise depends primarily upon the extent to which we educate ourselves, LEAP's founders envisioned a flexible organization capable of meeting the changing literacy needs in our community. The result of their vision is an organization with a presence in many Noble County communities that is responsive to the diverse needs of its residents.
